[V8] Drove Through Snow, now alt=kaput? Belt is still on!

The star adjuster setup works well if everything is in good shape. I've
replaced them on my 200q20v, and belt tensioning is much more accurate than
trying to use a pry bar and tighten a nut/bolt at the same time.
