FW: [V8] the dreaded blue wire debacle

I picked up the non-vented from the local dealer ($138) and installed it
myself.   There was no discoloration from the vented Interstate that it
replaced.   After the insurance stuff dies down, I may remove it and
bring it back for replacement.
