[V8] reference sensor and rpm sensor replacement?

Hi,

I did one of them last year.  Someone on here said go in from above.  I had 
no success from that angle.  I just don't see how you can manipulate them 
unless you pulled this exhause manifold, which is more work than I wanted to 
do.  I went in from below and was able to get reasonable access, but it 
required loosening the mounts on several hoses so they could be moved aside. 
  Once I figured it out, it took only about 20 minutes to get them out and 
back in.  The figuring out part took far longer.
