[V8] A8 CV joint pricing

Or the $800 for clutch, pressure plate and bearing...  Which A8 was
available with a clutch?  Oh, and let's not forget the avg $50/hr labor
charge.  Few independent shops charge this little, and here the specialty
shop rates are closer to $90/hr and the dealer more like $120/hr...
