[V8] Cross another v8 off the list

(I tried to send a message similar to this on Wednesday, but it never
showed up, so here we go again.)

Well, the insurance adjuster has spoken, the V8 is a total loss. I'm
taking the cash, since they are being pretty generous. The car gets
towed to the salvage yard on Saturday of next week (7/23)

Here is where the lister's can get a good deal : The car has very nice
wheels (2000 Audi A6 4.2 OEM) and brand new (three months old) Yokohama
EVS100's in 235/40/17. The adjuster said he does not car what wheels
are on the car when they get it, so does anybody in the Seattle area
want a killer deal on these wheels and tires ? or have some spares that
I can through on so I can keep the nice ones? they are just way to nice
to go to a salvage yard.

I also have a brand new bomb from Blaufernugen that I never installed,
anybody need one?

There is also a custom Subwoofer box that holds a 12" and fits above
the spare tire, without raising the floor at all ( its hard to explain,
but it works very, very well, I can send pictures if anybody is
interested...

Basically, anything on the car that can be unbolted, and replaced with
an older or questionable part is fair game.

I hate to see the car go, but at this point, I don't see any better
choices.  Once again, thanks to all of you on the list for your
patience, guidance, and knowledge.
