[V8] Fuel never reads Full

Mine is the same way.   Always just shy of the top hash.  Don't think its a problem.

Has anyone been able to fill your fuel cell to read on the mark right past the 
"20" indication in the fuel gauge?  I have tried to overfill but it does not dgo 
up that far.  I'm cautious not to damage the emmissions on the car.
 
Could it be a connection issue in the cluster?
