Visual inspections are meaningless. Go by the mileage since last
change. If you don't know, change it now. Much cheaper than a valve
job.

I am not an expert on this subject, I have just followed this list for
some years as an owner of a 1990 V8. .....
Based on all that I have read, I would not rely on a visual inspection
of a Tbelt. It would seem that a visual does not actually provide much
information as far as I have read. FWIW...
