[V8] "CheckEngine/Limp Mode"

The V8 is the one Audi that I have that doesn't get regularly hosing
under the bonnet ;-). Too much work to get it dried out afterwards
so it'll run right.
The other thing is to check under the spark plug wire covers and down
the spark plug holes. I have tried numerous times to do what I can to
prevent water from getting in these areas and sure enough, some always
does. If issues persist after the tps plug dry-out, I'd suggest going
to the plugs next.
