[V8] sticky brakes part 2

Whelp - the verdict is a corroded brake cable.

While I was down there sniffing around, I discovered a small fuel leak at the
fuel filter. These two things together had to be hard on my gas mileage.

So - the new cable should be here tomorrow and the whole deal including new rear
pads, caliper bolt kit, new e-brake cable, new filter o-rings, and a flush with
super blue will be under $100. Not too bad for a V8 I guess.

Luckily the rotors did not get toasted as that would have added quite a bit to
the cost, and the calipers look good and seem to operate without binding.
