[V8] More Spring Info

I have no interest (or$$$) at this time.  However, my experience has to do
with the Eibach Progressive Spring combo with Bilstein Sports.  As I recall,
they are shown only for the C4 (aka UrS4/6) cars.   Ed Kellock experienced
them  at Audifest 8 years ago -- he had his 200q20v wagon at the time -- as
did Unka Bart (no V8 yet).  Of course, this was (holy cr at p) eight years
ago...

I have no experience with H&R.  I have Sachs Springs on the 200q20v with
Bilstein Sports and they seem similar to the Eibachs (seat of the pants).
