[V8] More Spring Info

Yes, 8 years.  *sigh*

I remember driving around in your Papyrus V8 a bit back then.  It did
ride nicely.  Far better, without hesitation, than the current
Bilstein HD and stock spring combo on my V8 now.

I'm definitely getting the Koni Yellows, but I'm on the fence in
regard to the springs.  From everything I have read over the years, it
has long been my opinion that the H&R's would be too severe for my
tastes.  Everything I've heard about Eibachs has led me to believe
they are a more compliant alternative.

Is the Eibach S-car app acceptable for the V8 also?
