First, your new friend could subscribe and run the

Things he doesn't understand, or his questions,
he could put through BabelFish to translate to
English before submitting. We'll figure it out.
As for the fuel problem, I'm just guessing out loud,
but it would seem to me that either the ECU is sending
a full On signal to the injector, or it's a shorted
wire to the injector keeping it on.
If all else fails, unplug the injector and drive it
on 7 cylinders to a dealer.
