[V8] Fog Lights

Just to rule out:  the fogs only work w/ headlights on, and don't work
w/ headlights on high beam; the triangle light in the switch won't have
any affect on operation; do any further troubleshooting w/ the rear fog
light off.

And, the window lock switch on the driver's armrest also locks the rear
cigarette lighter.

My apologies if you're way past these points, but one never knows...
