[V8] Oil Change woes!!! Filter stuck!

It is a pretty terrible situation that is having to be dealt with here.
the "tool" is being welded much stronger. I was considering heating the
filter case itself not the upper part of the filter to keep direct heat
off the engine. That was my first gut reaction due to what the strong
heat can do to the block.

By the way if this tool does hold up and work and anybody runs into this
problem ever again dont hesitate to ask me to send it to you, even if
your overseas :) Your help has been very helpful and I am very greatful
that you are here to help thanks again.
