[V8] Fuel pump tool

... I'm sure I would rank near the bottom of the list in physical
strength ... and I had no problem pulling the pump out of the tank on
the V8 ... did it in a parking lot too!  

Hopefully your fuel tank will be as close as possible to empty when you
do the swap.  Sometimes you do not have a choice ...

My car is a 1991 and while I don't remember all the details I actually
had to adapt the new pump with the old pump's wiring ...
