[V8] Fuel pump tool

Use a siphon to lower the gas level in the tank.

I don't recall an o-ring in the assembly of the fuel line to the top of the
tank, just copper/aluminum washers on either side of the fitting. Maybe
someone else's kludge for failing to replace the washers?

I needed the tool. The folks who've described using a glove mentioned a
leather glove, supposedly to provide both grip and cushioning against the
plastic for the hand.
