[V8] Fuel pump tool

Well, I've done it with and without the Audi tool, and with the tool was
much easier. Otherwise, the other method involved two large (OK, extra
large) flat blade screwdrivers wedged to dislodge the pump cage. It was the
only way to get enough torque to do so.
