[V8] Accelerator pedal Cover Repair

I did this on my 100 - and I think the pedal setup is the same.

In that case, I drilled a hole through the cover into the pedal base where the
hinge point was (both sides).
Then drill the cover hole (that you just drilled) big enough so a 6-32 screw
shaft will go through it.
Then tap a 6-32 flat head screw into the plastic. This forms a nice new strong
hinge.

Easy and cheap fix.
