[V8] lighting and deer hunting

I have had an '89 200 Avant with stock lights and a '91 Avant with Euros
and the difference is night and... well it is huge.  My V8 already had
relayed Euro lights when I got it, but it sounds like the original DOT V8
lights are actually better than the original 200 DOT lights.  The stock 200
lights were inexcusably poor, which ~justifies the switch to Euros.
