[V8] 1990 V8 Serious Steering Control Issues

I only had a problem w/ being allowed to lurk once, getting tires
installed by a small shop on my Explorer. They wanted to do brakes and
such also, and I told them thanks but not thanks, partly due to that
policy.
And the stuff about insurance not allowing it is more of a deterrent to
every tom/dick/harry than someone with a real interest in what's going
on.
