Thanks guys. Matt reckons RHD should come straight out in 10 mins so I'll try 
one more time with pulling it out back/to the side, (but I've been thinking 
that it got really, really tight between dash and steering column, that's why I 
was going to remove all the switch assys on the column) otherwise I'll remove 
the dash top. Looked thru 2yrs of archives but don't know why I didn't think to 
look for this info on the knowledge base. D'oh! Cheers, Phil.
