[V8] Stuck Brake Light Switch?

Can you tell if the pedal is returning to the full rest position against the 
stop?  If it is not you will need to investigate to see whether or not there 
is some sort of binding occurring.  If the pedal is pressed all the way to 
the stop when it is released you can resolve the problem by screwing the 
switch in until the plunger is fully depressed when the pedal is released. 
The switch for the brake lights is the one that does not have a vacuum line 
attached.
