[V8] Stereo Install Question - Problem Solved

Well - for once I guessed what the problem might 
be and was correct.  Never underestimate the
power (literally) of a good ground connection.
I sanded away all the paint down to bare
metal and re-attached the ground connection.

Bada Bing!! Music!! Even though the amp came 
on before, the power was exceedingly low with the 
poor ground connection.
