[V8] Heater Box Woes

What's that smell?  Must be neurons frying as I try to visualize this
whole thing.  :)

... make sure you have *all* the clips removed ... if so it should just
come apart without much struggle ... perhaps the weatherstripping on the
heater core is making it a little balky ... 

When it comes time to reassemble everything you'll probably have a bear
of a time keeping all the flaps in place as you reassemble the box ...
and then the pins on the flaps won't engage the holes in the housing.
Audi specs a tool that holds the flaps in place ... but the next best
solution IMO is one that Tony Lum shared ... find some drinking straws
that will fit over the pins on the flaps and use them to guide the pins
into position as you slide the other half of the housing ...
