[V8] removal of distributors/valve covers

I pulled all the plug wires after putting a marker tag on each.  They're
tough to get out of the distributors, but that's the only way you can get
to the bolts.   I disconnected the fuel lines at the engine.   I also ended
up removing the valve covers because of issues installing the cam holding
plates.
