[V8] Timing Belt Saga 4

Did you break torque on the bolts? If so - make sure they are backed off 
enough to give say 1/16" slop on the washer. Then take a 2X4, hold it at 
a 45 degree angle to the teeth at the top of the pulley, and whop it 3 
times hard with a big hammer.
