[V8] tooo to hold sprockets

I just want to make sure that you don't use the cam lock plate to hold the cam
for this operation! You might break the lock. The manual specifically states
that this is a NO-NO.
A generic sprocket wrench can be bought anywhere, or as I said previously you
can easily make one from a 2X4 and two big wood lag bolts.
I do the final torque on the sprocket bolts after everything is fully assembled
and adjusted. I believe this is what the manual says to do too.
Again, this is all covered pretty well in the Bently procedure.
