[V8] tooo to hold sprockets

Where in the manual does it "specifically state" to not use the cam lock
plates for loosening the cam sprocket bolts? My version says TO use the
plates to loosen the sprocket bolts. Are you thinking about the caution to
not use the 3211 crankshaft damper holding tool when tightening the
cranshaft bolt?
