[V8] 40 mpg A8

Modern Diesel engines produce emissions far less than the modern 
gasoline engine in every category except particulate emissions. 
Particulate converters (much like a catalytic converter) exist and work 
excellent, however even the smallest amount of sulfur will render them 
useless. Remove the sulfur from the fuel and you can use the converter. 
This also goes with Lean burn engines. Catalytic converters exist which 
can turn oxides of nitrogen into N2 and O2, however for the converters 
to work there must be no sulfur in fuel. Supposedly in 06 low and no 
sulphur fuels will be phased into production at US refineries.
