[V8] Distributor seals and plate seals

I've got a 4.2L '93 and it's leaking off the back of the engine.

So we are going to replace the O-rings and also there are some plates on the
back of the heads that have gaskets too.

I've never done a job like this. Anyone have a step-by-step? Also about how
long will it take per side? We were told not to put the plug gaskets in dry
but with RTV/silicone gasket applicant.
