2. You can also use an appropriate size drill bit.
3.3. The hall sensor is in the pass side dist.  Not sure what your
referring to here.  The sensor on front of engine by TPS is a solder
connection with a boot on it, if I remember correctly.

1.  I used a torx head socket on the end of a 6-inch extension for my
1/4"
drive wrench to BREAK off the head of that screw.  It's a straight shot
for
that sort of set-up.

2.   You could use a nail or a punch for 3204.

3.  Dave Head says he uses needlenose pliers in place of the 4493.
Don't
know how he gets enough leverage.
