[V8] TB,motor mounts,serpentine belt

The motor mounts break frequently, I'm told. Make sure you break the
crankshaft bolt loose before you take out the alternator bolts. They and
the motor mount are the main support for the damper holding tool.
I'd guess the serp belt was installed incorrectly. Can't see how it would
"walk" part way off the pulley otherwise.
