[V8] ECU grounding, etc. (abridged)

OK, my thing w/ the TPS is that El Manual says the output signal is used
by the ECM to determine transmission shift points -- n/a for a
U-Shift-It.
WAIT. STOP the JOB. Looking at my manual on CD, the damn thing has
different language than my hardcopy at home! The CD version says to
check ECU ground at 10, 14, 19, and 24. No mention of 54. Oh for the
love of all that's good and holy.
I guess I'll go off this version from here on out...
