[V8] V8....what? Again!

... the "50 states" ABH engines had EGR ... but apparently there were
some "49 states" cars produced as I know of one V8 running an ABH engine
which did not have the EGR setup.  From what I understand, most of the
92-on V8Qs sold in the US came with EGR.  

It appears that even though the 49 state cars did not have the MIL light
connected from the factory that the smog "pros" here in California will
expect any V8Q to have the light connected and functional.  Fortunately
it isn't too difficult a problem to find the mating connectors ... they
do get wrapped up in the covering for the loom though.
