[V8] O2 ground

Yeah, doesn't matter which white goes to which white wire.  Here is the
photo of my splice:

I first grounded the extra long green wire to chassis, but it was causing
problems (ground loop issues causing false readings).  I then found the
ground on the back of the engine block which Steve pointed me to, and it
worked like a champ.  IIRC there was already a wire grounded to this bolt,
so I just loosened it, added the ring-connector from my ground wire, and
viola - no more problems.

While I have the old and new o2 sensors on the bench, hopefully someone can
remind me what the general consensus is regarding where to ground the fourth
(gray) wire?

I'm replacing a 3-wire obviously. Also, I presume it doesn't matter which
white wire gets spliced with which wire...?
