[V8] O2 ground

The white's go to either. The general concensus is to go to the mounting 
point for the distributor or the cruise control bracket bolts. I use the fan 
grounding point on the drivers side strut tower. But, if you don't have a 
good engine to chassis ground, this can provide signal problems for the O2 
reference. Which, is of course what that extra wire is for anyhow.
