[V8] O2 ground

I used the ground wire to the heater (one on the white wires). Seemed to work
OK, and my logic was that this ground went to the ECU. The down side is that
there is almost certainly some voltage drop because of the heater current. This
is exactly what you are trying to get away from by using a seperate signal
ground, but - again it seemed to work fine for me.
I am currently running a 3-wire though.
