[V8] sealant and torque specs

If you look, there is a groove for the sealant to go in. I would expect a leak
if you don't put something in there. Be careful not to get too much though.

The torques are in the procedure for tearing down the heads. Nothing special -
just the standard torque for that particulay bolt size. 7lbs/ft rings a bell,
but double check that.
