[V8] 5000tq gearbox in a V8Q?

I'm in the process of doing that to my 91 V8. It's pretty straight 
forward...

Need to use a flywheel from a V8 manual with an 01E. I have one from a 
93 V8 6 speed, but that requires the use of a european only clutch 
assy from the same car.

You need to use exhaust shields from a 92-95 S4/S6, not a problem, 60 
bucks each from the dealer.

The mounts must be from a 92-93 V8 6 speed. Very costly from Europe..

Unless you use a trans from a 93 V8 6 speed, the proconten system will 
have to be deleted. The 00-02 S4 trans lacks the bosses for the 
proconten bracket.

Axles from an S4/S6 must be used unless you have or can afford 93 V8 
6speed axles.
