[V8] distributors mounting

DO NOT force them in.  The distributors are indexed to the cam, they only
go in one way, DO NOT use longer bolts to force them in, if you line up
the slot and you think the resistance is from the new orings, lube them a
little with oil or silicone.  Since they only go in one way, you would
really have to try to put them in 180 out.  Feel around as you push them
in to make sure the seals are centered, if they're not and you force it
they could tear.  Steady pressure.
