[V8] Steering rack part numbers

So, in my version of ETKA it shows ALL of the models of V8 with the same steering rack part number:
 
4A1 422 066 or substitute 4A1 422 129
 
And it offers three 065 codes as core replacement options.  None of these match the rack that I have from a 1991 which is stamped 441 422 065F.
 
Anyone got an old ETKA that might show what the rack part numbers were once upon a time?  I'd guess that at some point they just made everythingt the 066 and either connected Servotronic or not depending on the car that was getting the rack - does anyone have further info on that?
