[V8] Prestone coolant

I'm using Prestone in my V8.  As long as it's phosphate-free, I don't
think it makes a difference.

Pentosin is impossible to get at the FLAPS down here, and my FFAPS
(foreign) has to order it.

I have this extended life, Prestone red coolant , that I could use to
refill my radiator.
The Prestone website shows it's compatible with Audi,BMW  etc vehicles
and GM Dexcool stuff.
Any thoughts on that ?
