[V8] help! need photos of door lock mechanism

John,
Sorry to hear about your dilemma. I wanted to mention that I believe
the '90 V8 has the old vacuum locking mechanisms found in the doors. I
never tried this on the V8 but on my '82 5K you could easily unlock the
car by accessing the vacuum pump found under the spare tire in the
trunk. Simply remove the rubber vacuum line from the vacuum pump and
take a hand pump to pressurize the vacuum line. Applying slight air
pressure to the line will move the locking mechanisms up in the door
and unlock the car.
