[V8] Gasoline Rant (con't.)

I have been mixing 50% premium and 50% tap water for several weeks now.  The 
car never starts, so the gas mileage (and gas costs) are very affordable now.  

My other observation is that we have freed the people in Iraq from Saddam 
Asshole and all we get is a stupid T-shirt.  Why are we not pumping oil there and 
using this to: 

a) lower our own gas costs

b) help pay for the $billions we have spent over there.
