Yes, US Spec 4.2s got the brakes off of the UrS4, but don't get too excited
as these are also the Girling-60 (aka G60) brakes.   :-)

When I looked at the front brakes, I noticed they weren't
UFOs, and so I thought G60 "upgrade". I asked the seller,
who informed me that the 4.2s got the brakes from the S4,
which I believe would be a true upgrade.

Can anyone confirm that?

Not that it will sway the decision.
