[V8] Reluctant Bumper Cover

Coastal Connector????? Not mentioned in "bumper removal" part of repair
manual. Process described is just as I've done except I removed the turn
signal/fog light assemblies completely. I could understand a bit of being
hard to come off as the nuts were a bit corroded to the studs, but this is
ridiculous.
