[V8] Rough idle on start up issue

Yves,

Pull the Idle Stablizer Valve from the front of the
motor, (3 acorn nuts and 1 connector) and clean it out
with brake parts cleaner.  Don't stick anything metal
into it to hold it open, it's delicate.  I use a
popsicle stick :)
