[V8] Rough idle on start up issue

I don't know. I only know from the Quattro and 200q20v lists that the most
commonly accepted advice is to avoid really harsh chemicals like brake
cleaner with the relatively sensitive innards of the ISV. And to be
certain there is a bit of lube in the ISV when done.
