[V8] Cruise Control Wiring

AFAIK the wiring for the cruise control goes nowhere near the driver's
door loom ... any connection to problems with the door loom and the
cruise control are secondary at best. I'd recommend simply going
through standard CC troubleshooting techniques. There are instructions
and a link to Huw's website on the Audifans KB (look at the footer of
this message for a link). I've had problems with bad column switches,
vacuum leaks, pedal switch adjustment issues and pump issues over the
years on various Audi CCs ...
