Hey, Kneale.  For you, almost everywhere is far away ;-)

Yeah, someone's going to get a "smokin" deal -- sorry -- couldn't resist.

As for oil leak:  Could be as simple as VC gasket or as bad as rear main
seal or anything having to do with the hydraulic system.. Sigh.
